Prowad (prowad.pro) is a content publication covering artificial intelligence, education, and training. This page explains what data we collect from visitors, why, and how you can contact us about it.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand general site usage, such as which pages are visited and how people arrive at the site. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across websites using Google’s official opt-out browser add-on.
Newsletter
Prowad does not currently operate a working email newsletter signup. If a newsletter is launched in the future, this page will be updated to explain exactly what is collected and how, before any signup form goes live.
Comments
If you leave a comment on an article, we collect the data shown in the comment form (name, email, and comment text), along with your IP address and browser information, to help with spam detection. An anonymized, hashed version of your email address may be checked against the Gravatar service to display a profile image; the Gravatar privacy policy is available at automattic.com/privacy. Comments and their metadata are retained so that legitimate follow-up comments can be recognized automatically.
Cookies
If you leave a comment, you may opt in to saving your name, email, and website in a cookie for your convenience on future visits; these last about one year. Standard WordPress cookies related to login and site functionality may also be used by site administrators.
Embedded content
Articles may occasionally include embedded content (for example, a video). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if you had visited that other website directly, and that site may collect data about you, use its own cookies, and track your interaction with the embedded content.
Your rights
If you have left a comment on Prowad, you can request an export of the personal data we hold about you, or request that it be erased, by contacting us at wadiagouninetaha@gmail.com. This does not include data we are legally required to retain.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the site adds new features, such as a newsletter or additional services. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
